The Forge method

Heavy, coached, repeatable.

  • 01

    Eight people, one coach

You are never lost in a crowd. Your coach knows your numbers, your sore shoulder and your goal for June.

  • 02

    Programmed, not improvised

Twelve-week cycles with real progression. You see the same lifts again, a little heavier, until they are yours.

  • 03

    Every rep earns a cue

Form feedback in the moment, scaled to your level. Beginners and ex-athletes train side by side without anyone getting hurt.

Sample reviews

Real lifts, real talk

“I walked in unable to deadlift an empty bar without pain. Six months on, I pull my own bodyweight and my back has stopped complaining.”

Alicia M.Member since 2023 (sample review)

“Class sizes are the real difference. My coach adjusts my set every single week. I have never been this consistent anywhere else.”

Ben K.Forge 45 regular (sample review)

“Foundations took the fear out of it. By week four I was in Barbell Club and nobody made me feel behind.”

Your first visit

Before you walk in

I have never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. Start with Foundations or any Forge 45 class. Coaches scale every movement, and about a third of our members started with no experience.

What do I need to bring?

Flat-soled shoes, water and a towel. We provide barbells, kettlebells, chalk and a spot to leave your bag.

How does the free week work?

Seven days, up to three classes, no card needed. Afterwards you choose a plan, or you walk away with no follow-up.

Can I freeze my membership?

Anytime, for up to 60 days a year, for travel, injury or life. Just text the front desk.

Is there parking?

A free lot behind the building holds about 30 cars. Street parking on Foundry Row after 9 a.m.
